Qualifications

• Knowledge of funds availability and Reg CC.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with fraud prevention technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ATM/mobile deposits, loan and Visa payments, and bill pay transactions.
• Lead daily task allocation based on volumes.
• Review deposits/payments against tier limits and resolutions.
• Handle level-2 escalations and fraud monitoring.
• Maintain records and reconcile daily transactions.
• Provide training and coaching to staff.
