Job summary

thunder::tech is hiring a Digital Support Technician 1 in the Cleveland area. The role blends IT support and web development, supporting servers, networks and client websites while collaborating with Development, Client Services and SysOps teams.

Location is hybrid (Cleveland-Akron area) with in-office presence two days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday). The team emphasizes quality, cross-functional work and proactive improvement of processes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of technical support experience
• 2–3 years of professional web development experience using modern frameworks and tools
• Experience in agency or client-service environment is a plus
• Strong knowledge of .NET 4.0+ and webforms architecture
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration, configuration and maintenance of servers, networks and cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues for optimal functionality.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect data.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and resolve IT-related issues.
• Troubleshoot client-facing websites and applications across multiple languages.
• Collaborate with Development and Client Services to ensure smooth operation.
• Develop and maintain client websites and features, perform QA testing.
