Job summary

CACI International Inc in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to support the U.S. Secret Service on a DHS contract. This role develops and implements learning solutions for field technology teams, helping modernize technology delivery and improve operational effectiveness.

You will build a field technology training curriculum, create hands-on materials, and measure training impact. Remote-friendly with on-site support in DC as needed, travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 7+ years in training development or related field.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Experience delivering technical training for IT support personnel.
• Strong instructional design and learner-centered training skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver role-based technical training for field technology staff.
• Assess training needs and implement learning strategies based on capability gaps.
• Create a comprehensive Field Technology Training Curriculum covering ITSM workflows and diagnostics.
• Produce job aids, quick-reference guides, cheat sheets, and micro-learning resources.
• Establish training metrics and evaluation methods to measure learning impact.
• Collaborate with ITSM and documentation teams to align materials with workflows.
