Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 7+ years in training development and delivery, instructional design, or related field.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Experience delivering technical training for IT support personnel or field technicians.
• Strong instructional design to create learner-centered training experiences.
• Experience performing training needs assessments and developing targeted learning strategies.
• Understanding of ITSM processes and IT service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver role-based technical training and quick-reference resources for field technology staff.
• Assess training needs and implement strategies to improve adoption of standardized processes and tools.
• Develop a Field Technology Training Curriculum covering ITSM workflows and diagnostic tools.
• Create job aids, guides, cheat sheets, and micro-learning content for on-the-job performance.
• Conduct needs assessments using surveys, interviews, and data to identify gaps.
