Job summary

Babcock & Wilcox is seeking an experienced IT Trainer in Akron to design, develop, and deliver learning solutions that support enterprise applications, business processes, and technology initiatives. You will collaborate with IT, PMO, and stakeholders to promote change and end-user proficiency across the organization.

The role emphasizes strong instructional design, communication, and delivery skills, with a focus on driving adoption of new systems and continuous learning in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, education, or OD and related field required.
• 5+ years delivering IT training and user enablement programs.
• Experience supporting ERP, HRIS, CRM, or other enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs.
• Create guides, quick reference cards, videos, eLearning modules, and assessments.
• Deliver training for enterprise applications, systems, and tools.
• Conduct training sessions for employees at all levels and measure effectiveness.
• Track attendance and completion, and report on training outcomes.
