Job summary

Blue Mantis is seeking an IT Technician to join our growing team in a fast-paced environment. The role supports clients remotely or onsite with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. You will handle help desk requests, manage projects from on-prem to cloud, and travel to customer locations as needed.

The position emphasizes Windows/macOS administration, Active Directory, and network fundamentals, with certifications preferred and mileage reimbursement for onsite visits.

Qualifications

3–5 years IT experience supporting end users, remote or onsite.
Related industry certifications preferred (A+, MCSE, MCSA, MCITP, CCNA).
Experience with Windows client/server OS versions and Microsoft 365 Administration.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on Windows client OS, Mac, and server OS.
Manage help desk requests via phone, email, or chat; document resolutions.
Handle on-prem to cloud projects (Exchange to O365, server virtualization, cloud migration).
Travel to customer sites; mileage reimbursed.
Generate CSRs and install/configure on IIS web servers.
