Job summary

DataLab USA is seeking an IT Systems Support professional to provide Tier 1 & 2 support across Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. You will manage devices with Intune, perform imaging, provisioning, and lifecycle support, and assist with Active Directory and Azure AD.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT operations, strong troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a System Support, Desktop Support, or IT Operations role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.
• Experience managing devices with Intune and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Strong AD/Azure AD knowledge and identity troubleshooting.
• Experience with Linux, SQL, or Python for reporting or automation.
• Familiarity with JIRA in IT support or Agile environments.
• Hybrid AD/Entra ID environments and ITIL fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 & 2 end-user and system support for Microsoft 365 and endpoints.
• Administer 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
• Manage devices using Intune; handle policies, compliance, and deployments.
• Perform laptop imaging, provisioning, and lifecycle support.
• Support Active Directory and Azure AD; troubleshoot identities and access.
• Triage incidents and requests; use Jira for tracking and prioritization.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain technical docs, runbooks, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Platform teams on escalations.
