Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in IT support, desktop management, or systems administration.
• Proactive troubleshooting of Windows 11, Windows Server, Office 365, and networking basics.
• Ability to document procedures clearly and work well with team members and end users.

Responsibilities

• Support Windows 11 laptops/desktops and peripherals, Windows Servers, and VOIP phone systems.
• Troubleshoot applications and operating systems while providing technical user support.
• Conduct remote support sessions using remote session tools and perform software and system deployment/patching.
• Monitor systems and networks, manage IT assets through asset management systems, and work with issue/ticket tracking systems.
• Document technical procedures and solutions clearly and communicate effectively with team members and end users.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and research and resolve technical problems independently.
• Maintain documented processes within audited environments.
