Job summary

K Health in New York City is seeking an IT Engineer to maintain and optimize our IT infrastructure. The role focuses on Intune, Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, Meraki, and WebEx, with on-site presence in our New York office four days per week.

You will monitor performance, strengthen security, provide staff support, and document IT processes while collaborating with other departments to meet diverse IT needs.

Qualifications

• Proven IT engineering experience supporting 100+ employees.
• Strong network and system security knowledge.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service focus and reliability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Experience with automation tooling.
• Proficient with Intune, Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Administer Intune for mobile device management and security.
• Manage Okta for identity and access management.
• Administer Google Workspace applications and services.
• Oversee Jamf for Apple device management.
• Manage Slack for team communication.
• Manage Meraki and WebEx infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Implement and maintain security protocols to protect data.
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet IT needs.
• Maintain documentation of IT processes and systems.
