5+ years in IT infrastructure is required, with expertise in Fortinet, Office 365, AD and Exchange. The role requires collaboration with third-party providers and adherence to ITIL-like processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT infrastructure management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and related software products.
• Deep knowledge of Fortinet networking infrastructure and applications.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience with handling confidential information per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical IT support and resolve complex issues.
• Work in network engineering and related admin functions.
• Security operations and SIEM experience.
• Coordinate with third-party infrastructure providers.
• Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware/software.
• Assist with audits and compliance in IT operations.
• Maintain asset and user management systems and improve procedures.
• Document failures, repairs, and installations of desktop equipment.
• Develop expertise for troubleshooting all IT infrastructure platforms.
