Job summary

Coaction Global in Morristown, NJ is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our internal tech operations on a hybrid schedule. You will manage networks, security operations, and end-user support, ensuring incident resolution and policy enforcement.

Qualifications include a minimum of five years in IT infrastructure, strong knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and Fortinet, plus experience with AWS and Azure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and Exchange & other software products.
• Deep knowledge of Fortinet networking infrastructure and applications.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a technical support in the overall IT concentrating on more complex technological issues.
• Experienced in Network Engineering and associated administrative functions
• Experienced in Security Operations and SIEM
• Experience with managing 3rd party infrastructure support providers
• Provides first-class technical support by isolating, analyzing technical issues, and resolving those issues
• Performs optimization of operating systems, including the application of OS patches and troubleshooting communication devices.
