Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator in an enterprise IT environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD) lifecycle, group policy, and access controls.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with on-premises and cloud-integrated environments (hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and maintain enterprise infrastructure and virtualization environments.
• Manage on-premises and cloud-integrated systems in a hybrid environment (Microsoft 365/Azure).
• Monitor system health, performance, capacity, and availability.
• Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
• Lead small to medium infrastructure initiatives and ensure security/compliance.
