Job summary

GadellNet Consulting Services, LLC. is seeking skilled Technical Support Engineers to deliver outstanding customer service and technical expertise through our help desk in a hybrid work model.

You’ll work with your PODS team to resolve issues via chat, phone, and ticket systems while following processes to drive efficiency. We value problem solvers who maintain documentation, uphold MTZ principles, and pursue certifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a System Engineer or MSP background desired.
• Experience with Windows desktop up to Windows 11 and Windows Server up to Windows Server 2025.
• Experience managing Office 365 and Google Workspace/Mrem alternatives in hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade client IT infrastructure across environments.
• Provide advanced technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and fulfill service requests.
• Manage escalations and mentor junior engineers.
• Create and update documentation to ensure accuracy.
