Job summary

GadellNet Consulting Services is seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to deliver exceptional service and technical expertise through our help desk. You’ll work in a hybrid model, fielding requests via chat, phone, and ticketing system to resolve issues and uphold our MTZ standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in system engineering (MSP preferred) and strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, AD, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a System Engineer or MSP experience preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows desktop/server environments and Office 365.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade client server/network infrastructure.
• Provide advanced technical support via phone, chat, and email.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and fulfill service requests.
• Review and manage support tickets to meet KPIs and MTZ standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations and weekly team huddles.
