Job summary

GadellNet Consulting Services, LLC. is seeking skilled Technical Support Engineers to deliver outstanding customer service and technical expertise through our help desk. You’ll work with your PODS team to field service requests via chat, phone, and our ticket system, resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction.

We emphasize growth, process discipline, and commitment to GadellNet’s MTZ concept. This hybrid role combines remote work with in-office days for locals, and a focus on certificates

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a System Engineer (MSP experience preferred).
• Experience troubleshooting Windows desktops (up to Windows 11) and servers (up to Windows Server 2025).
• Familiarity with Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, and Azure AD is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade computer, server, and network infrastructure across client environments.
• Provide advanced technical support and exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and fulfill service requests, and implement technical solutions.
• Resolve complex or escalated issues from Service Desk Engineers.
• Mentor and assist Service Desk Engineers with technical challenges and troubleshooting.
• Work in a hybrid model with in-office days for local roles.
