Job summary

You will respond to IT tickets, assist end users by phone, email, chat and in person, and troubleshoot common issues while learning from seasoned technicians in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ months IT experience or relevant education (CompTIA A+, IT coursework, degree, bootcamp, military training, etc.)
• Passion for technology and troubleshooting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
• Reliable transportation
• Availability to work Friday - Monday, 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM CST

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets
• Assist end users via phone, email, chat, and in person
• Troubleshoot password resets and account access issues
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and network connectivity problems
• Troubleshoot printers, peripherals, and basic hardware
• Provide software and application support
• Document issues and solutions accurately
• Learn from experienced technicians and gain hands-on experience
