Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Level 1 Help Desk to support day-to-day IT operations in a hybrid Philadelphia, PA environment. This role blends hands-on technical support with system engineering exposure in a managed services setting.

The position offers $50,000 to $65,000 annually, Monday–Friday hours, and opportunities to work across a diverse client base while growing technical skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of system engineering or advanced technical support experience.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical users.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, and VPNs.
• Experience with Microsoft Server, Office 365, and Azure.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provide front-line technical support and resolve service requests and tickets.
• Support system engineering activities including onboarding, on-site maintenance, and DR testing.
• Assist with network and security tasks including VPNs, firewalls, and routing.
• Participate in on-call rotations and travel to client sites as needed.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation across priorities.
