Job summary

Btechnical Group is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Broomfield-based technology team. You will provide front-line support to end-users on-site and remotely, including VIP customers, and help document and train teammates to avoid knowledge silos.

The role emphasizes organized, self-directed ownership of issues through resolution, with opportunities to grow into IT projects and cross-functional collaboration across security, business, and support functions.

Qualifications

3–5 years IT support experience in an office environment.
3+ years supporting macOS and Apple hardware, plus Windows and iOS.
2+ years with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
2+ years with MDM tools such as Jamf and Intune.
2+ years with ticketing systems, UC platforms, remote management, file storage, and security email gateway tools.
Exposure to enterprise networking environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide tier 1 and tier 2 troubleshooting in person, by phone, or by email with a mix of on-site and remote support.
Meet ticket SLAs for initial response and resolution, including after-hours or weekend coverage.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues, escalating only when out of scope.
Maintain accurate, timely ticket updates for customers.
