Job summary

Brooksource seeks a Lead Technician, IT End User Support to oversee IT support operations at our client’s New York corporate headquarters. You will provide expert VIP white glove technical support and ensure cross-functional collaboration to meet business goals.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in enterprise IT, strong Windows/Mac experience, and a proven ability to manage executive-level relationships. Expect site initiatives, MSP coordination, and after-hours support as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
• Experience providing VIP executive support and strong organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert End User technology support for VIPs and executives, on-site and remote.
• Manage local and vendor IT hardware inventory and logistics.
• Offer VIP white glove support for leadership, including after hours when needed.
• Coordinate with MSP and internal IT teams to align processes and improve site efficiency.
• Oversee site IT initiatives, PC refresh, and asset management under NYHQ projects.
• Collaborate with Facilities, HR, and Risk Management to ensure smooth IT operations.
