Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience with hardware, software and peripheral devices.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, etc.).
• Experience assisting users with access management and basic network issues.

Responsibilities

• Technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and apps.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and approved software.
• Assist users with access issues, password resets, and technology questions.
• Log, track, and resolve tickets within SLAs.
• Perform routine updates, patches, and equipment checks.
• Track hardware inventory and lifecycle processes.
• Assist with basic network connectivity and device configuration.
• Document procedures, configurations, and support activities.
• Collaborate with IT engineers, admins, and security teams.
• All other duties as assigned.
