The role requires 8+ years in IT support with lead experience, strong Windows/M365/Intune expertise, and a customer-focused, high-urgency mindset. Hybrid NYC work arrangement offered.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in IT support, including lead/senior experience.
• Experience providing white-glove support to C-suite and senior executives.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hybrid AD, Intune, and Windows Autopilot.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day Support operations and set priorities across the global team.
• Coach and mentor team members; act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Provide white-glove Level 1 and 2 support worldwide; manage assets and conferences.
