University of Pennsylvania Information Systems & Computing seeks an IT Support Specialist, Wellness Support, to ensure reliable IT services for Penn Wellness and the Penn community. The role requires weekend and hybrid schedule coverage, confidentiality, and strong problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will support macOS and Windows environments, work with Epic EMR and VDI tools, and contribute to documentation and best practices in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of IT support experience, preferably in an academic or professional services setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Mansioni

• Provide support coverage for Saturday hours and assist Penn Wellness with IT needs.
• Work a hybrid schedule on Tue–Sat with some evenings and weekends as needed.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with computing hardware, software, and network services.
• Maintain and develop technical documentation and policies for supported systems.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and assist university-wide projects.
