Qualifications

• Degree in health informatics, information technology, nursing, or health information management preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology, EHR systems, clinical applications, or healthcare environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot application issues and identify process improvements.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to learn new systems and work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support EHR applications for UHS and bridge healthcare IT.
• Understand and support changes in EHR clinical/business processes.
• Improve patient care quality and regulatory compliance.
