Qualifications

• Degree in health informatics, information technology, nursing, or health information management preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology, EHR systems, clinical applications, or healthcare environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to troubleshoot application issues and identify process improvements.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to learn new systems and work effectively with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Support University Health Services (UHS) with EHR applications and bridge gaps between healthcare and information technology.
• Understand and support changes in clinical and business processes related to the EHR to improve patient care quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to ensure regulatory compliance and streamlined medical workflows.
