Job summary

You will act as a hands-on resource and escalation point, working across end-user computing, identity management, service management platforms, cloud technologies, and infrastructure operations to keep employees productive and supported.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of professional IT experience.
• Experience supporting Windows OS and MS Office.
• Experience providing technical support in a service desk/end-user environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior escalation point for complex hardware, software, and user-support issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical problems affecting end users and operations.
• Collaborate with Service Desk to improve ticket resolution and satisfaction.
