Responsibilities

• Set up phones and email accounts for new clients during onboarding.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues, including device configuration and connectivity.
• Provide milestone-based support to clients as needed.
• Coordinate and document handoffs between internal operational teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Maintain structured records of issues and resolutions to develop internal IT support playbooks.
• Support internal workflows, such as device setup, account provisioning, and account deactivation during employee offboarding.
