Gobravvo in the Greater Philadelphia Area is seeking an Implementation Specialist for a contract role that supports the operational backbone of a high-precision startup. The role focuses on executing SOPs, managing workflows, and maintaining operational discipline with daily local travel.

You will join a team of strategists, analysts, and engineers to log actions, resolve edge cases, and assist with onboarding or setup tasks for new accounts or tools.

Qualifications

• Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) and task checklists with meticulous attention to detail.
• Log detailed records of actions, outcomes, and exceptions to ensure transparency and traceability.
• Daily local travel for field-based tasks and onboarding or setup tasks for new accounts or tools.
• Familiarity with SOP-driven environments and performance-oriented tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute SOPs and task checklists with meticulous attention to detail.
• Manage real-time workflows by monitoring accounts, platform statuses, and resolving edge cases.
• Escalate operational issues to the appropriate team members as needed for resolution.
• Log detailed records of all actions, outcomes, and exceptions to ensure transparency and traceability.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues and assist with onboarding or setup tasks for new accounts or tools.
