• Availability for occasional after-hours and weekend IT emergencies.

Aufgaben

• Serve as first point of contact for IT support for corporate and property teams, on-site and remote.
• Log, prioritize, and resolve tickets in LeenaAI within established targets.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, phones, and network connectivity.
• Escalate issues to internal teams or vendors with clear documentation.
• Deliver friendly, patient, and professional service with plain-language explanations.
• Set up, modify, and remove access for Microsoft 365, Yardi, and other systems.
• Prepare equipment and configure accounts for new hires; offboarding procedures.
• Assist users with password resets and MFA enrollment.
• Provide first-line support for Yardi Voyager, CRM IQ, and Maintenance IQ; assist with AI tools like ChatIQ.
• Support RingCentral users with setup and basic call routing; coach teammates with guides.
• Configure, image, deploy hardware; maintain asset inventory; follow security practices.
• Attend system implementations and go-live support; coordinate moves and deployments.
• Create SOPs and knowledge base articles; identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
