Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite, in-person, and remote help desk support for IT equipment, systems, and users.
• Monitor and maintain day-to-day IT operations for reliability.
• Support Microsoft 365, VPN connectivity, antivirus software, and remote tools.
