Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Brockton is seeking a Tier 2 Support Agent for a hybrid role. This position serves as a key contact for technical assistance, focusing on desktop computing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365, desktop hardware, and related support experiences, with at least 2 years in Tier 2 support. Responsibilities include hardware and software installation and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal system performance for users.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience, including 2 years in Tier 2 support role.
• Equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Install, image, configure, and deploy desktops and laptops.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Teams and SharePoint

Strong knowledge of desktop, laptop, and printer hardware

Working knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory

Ability to support Microsoft Office applications

Education

AS or BS in Computer Science or related field
