Job summary

Indiana University Health in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Specialist-Information Services Intermediate to provide end-user device support across hardware and software. You will interact with customers and IT teams to restore services and resolve core problems.

Role requires 2–4 years of service desk experience; HS diploma required, bachelor's preferred, and A+ certification is a plus. Hybrid work and shift flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelors preferred.
• 2-4 years of service desk experience required.
• A+ Certification preferred.
• Understands basic concepts of Information Services.
• Previous phone support experience required.
• Experience in a Network Operations Center preferred.
• Ability to work any shift or day as needed by management.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on and remote/onsite end-user support.
• Install hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Support thin clients, scanners, printers, MFD, Apple devices, mobile devices.
• Support Windows OS, Mac OS, Android, O365, and VDI.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and software/hardware problems.
• Document and update support tickets; coordinate with IT staff.
• Asset management in the ticketing system.
• On-site troubleshooting as needed.
