Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain and support end-user laptops and workstations, and to troubleshoot hardware and software issues within the End User Services Team.

You will help safeguard the network by enforcing security policies and supporting ticket management, while exploring opportunities for professional certification and growth. A DoD clearance pathway is available as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2–4+ years IT support / help desk experience in a Windows/AD environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs and Windows 10, OS imaging and management utilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operational maintenance, installation, and support of end-user laptops and workstations.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software; monitor Help Desk via e-mail and calls; manage tickets.
