Job summary

Morley Companies, Inc. seeks a Technical Support Specialist to join our IT team in Saginaw, MI. The role is hybrid, with on-site work the majority of the time and periodic remote work, supporting end users and maintaining PC systems.

You’ll troubleshoot, deploy, and secure desktops, support email and scheduling tools, and collaborate with System/Network teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Ticketing system experience.
• Proven expertise in supporting currently installed hardware.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience plus HS diploma requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk and desktop application support.
• Troubleshoot, upgrade and maintain PC desktop and laptop systems and peripherals.
• Support System and Network Administrators in daily workloads.
• Ensure systems are configured, tested and accessible after deployment.
• Provide operational documentation as needed for common tasks.
• Assist in supporting all corporate email systems, calendaring and scheduling software.
• Escalate items as needed and assist senior management as instructed.
