This dispatch-focused, part-time contractor role involves coordinating service requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, and OS issues, and ensuring timely issue resolution with strong customer communication. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of IT infrastructure experience, A+ and vendor certifications, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a hybrid IT

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of IT infrastructure field support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and OS issues.
• Ability to triage and dispatch service requests effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd level Help Desk support.
• Coordinate and dispatch IT service requests.
• Perform IMAC services on PCs, laptops, printers, and POS devices.
• Update ServiceNow and other knowledge bases.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and professional communication.
• Work with IT and users to resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with hardware deployments and desk-side support.
