Job summary
e.biT Consulting in Miami, FL is seeking an IT Technician to provide Level 1–2 desktop and device support under the Manager of Network Services. The role is hybrid in Miami, requiring hands-on hardware, software, OS, and peripheral troubleshooting for Windows, macOS and iOS devices.
You will document incidents in ServiceNow, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune, support printer systems, and assist with branch openings and moves while traveling as needed. Five years of IT technician experience is preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ IT technician experience.
- Knowledge of Laptop/Desktop/iPhone/Peripheral setup and configuration.
- Strong hardware/software troubleshooting background.
- Lenovo hardware experience preferred.
- A+ or Microsoft certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and 2 desktop and laptop support for end users.
- Image, configure, deploy, maintain, and repair Windows, Apple, and iOS devices.
- Document and manage incidents using ServiceNow, SCCM, and Intune.
- Assist with network troubleshooting and branch office deployments as needed.
- Travel to branch locations to assist with hardware setup and troubleshooting.
- Communicate clearly with end users and teams.
