Job summary

Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis LLC (MD&A) is seeking an IT Support & Operations Analyst to support IT operations and end-user technology services at our Houston service center. You will provide hands-on support, manage tickets, and contribute to operational reporting and process improvements.

The role requires 2–3 years of IT support experience, familiarity with Windows/Microsoft 365, and experience with ITSM platforms like Freshservice or ServiceNow. Travel to other locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT, CIS, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of hands-on IT support or service desk experience required.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, PCs, printers, mobile devices, and endpoint tech required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 IT support for end-user devices and services.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software in office and industrial environments.
• Maintain ticket records, documentation, and asset tracking.
• Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to improve IT processes.
