Qualifications

• 0–2 years in computer technical support.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish.
• Must live near Riverton, UT.
• Strong hardware, network, and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience with Active Directory and Windows OS.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Empathetic, professional problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Acts as initial point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat to provide tech support.
• Provides technical support for hardware, systems, and applications.
• May remote into customer computers for issue resolution.
• Troubleshoots network connectivity with remote employees.
• Develops productive customer relationships with a customer-first focus.
• Offers alternative solutions when needed.
• Records all customer contact in CRM system.
• Escalates complex problems to the Global Tech Support Specialist.
• Performs duties under general supervision.
