The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Bluffdale, Utah, is seeking a Leader Support Specialist who is fluent in English and Spanish to advise ecclesiastical leaders and manage a high volume of inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels.

Independently diagnose issues, document outcomes, and collaborate with global teams to ensure timely resolution while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information. Hybrid schedule from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of professional experience in a support center, service operations, or advisory role OR a combination of education and professional experience totaling 6 years in a support center, service operation, or advisory role.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both Spanish and English; experience in bilingual support environments is required.
• Experience using CRM tools, especially ServiceNow, to manage cases and document interactions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for ecclesiastical leaders within an assigned area and language.
• Provide orientation, training, and tailored guidance to help leaders fulfill administrative responsibilities.
• Independently diagnose, diagnose, and resolve leader inquiries across Church systems, tools, policies, and processes.
• Maintain ownership of each case from intake to resolution with timely follow-up and documentation.
