Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0 to 2 years of previous computer technical support experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the initial point of contact for customers to provide technical support.
• Troubleshoots network connectivity issues.
• Records all customer contact information in the CRM system.
