Job summary

Collabera in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Entry Level IT Support to provide first-line technical support to internal users via phone and live chat, and to troubleshoot basic MS applications and proprietary systems.

This hybrid role offers an hourly rate of $23–$25, a 18-24 month contract with possible conversion to FTE, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.

• Entry level college/university grads or people looking to go into IT.
• Work well as a team and build relationships to the global partners.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload.
• Ability to multitask and maintain focus on all areas of responsibility concurrently.
• Ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets and goals correlated with customer service and call/chat handling.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent Communication, Client Care / Customer Service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to internal users through phone and live chat.
• Troubleshoot basic issues related to MS applications and proprietary systems.
• Manage multiple live chats while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic technical issues within established guidelines.
• Clearly document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in support tickets.
• Escalate unresolved issues to second-line support teams with accurate and detailed documentation.
• Work closely with peers, technical Subject Matter Experts, and global support teams.
• Prioritize multiple requests while maintaining service-level and quality expectations.
