Job summary

Thyme Care seeks an IT Support Engineer to deliver fast, friendly help to our Care team and distributed employees across the United States. You’ll be the onsite face in our NYC office, ensuring smooth endpoint management, SaaS administration, and secure access.

You’ll join a security-minded IT & Security team, collaborating on tooling rollouts, automation, and A/V support for meetings. A strong customer-focus and ability to work across locations are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in macOS and Windows administration and SaaS platforms.
• Experience with device management, identity, and security basics.
• Comfortable supporting in-person and remote users with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to the Care team and remote staff across the U.S.
• Own onsite IT experience in the NYC office and support hybrid workforce.
• Manage endpoint fleet, identity, security, and basic networking issues.
• Lead onboarding for new hires and maintain clear support documentation.
• Assist with conference-room AV setup and Zoom/Meetings equipment.
