Thyme Care, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver fast, friendly day-to-day IT help for our Care team and remote staff across the U.S. in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.

This onsite role, based in our New York City office, partners with a distributed IT & Security group to maintain secure, reliable technology and AI-enabled workflows. You will manage endpoint fleets, identity, SaaS tools, and A/V systems, while driving onboarding, documentation, and proactive IT

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support experience.
• Experience supporting macOS and Windows environments.
• Experience with SaaS administration and identity management.
• Strong customer-facing service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to the Care team and remote employees across the United States.
• Own the in-office IT experience for the NYC office and partner with distributed IT & Security teams.
• Administer endpoints, identity, SaaS, security and access, conference-room and A/V support, and light networking.
• Document processes and maintain asset management to keep tools functioning smoothly.
