Job summary

Arch, a fast-growing fintech, is seeking an IT Support Engineer to manage device lifecycle, support conference room tech, and maintain IT infrastructure in NYC. This hands-on role partners with employees and admins on devices, accounts, and technical issues.

You will handle provisioning, deprovisioning, SSO, and network troubleshooting, while ensuring assets stay healthy and policies are followed. Onsite collaboration and quick problem solving are core to success.

Qualifications

• Experience with device management systems (MDM, EDR, patch management).
• Proficiency with macOS and Windows internals.
• Ability to configure policies and perform basic shell scripting.
• Experience with enterprise networking, switches/routers, and office networking.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full device lifecycle: provisioning, deprovisioning, MDM profile management, device auditing, and asset health.
• Provide IT support across the org: troubleshoot OS errors, app crashes, performance issues, connectivity problems, and email config.
• Oversee identity and access management: provisioning/deprovisioning, quarterly access reviews, SSO config.
• Monitor conference room devices and AV equipment to ensure uptime and current software.
• Maintain and update IT workflows and scripts in collaboration with admins.
