ITPartners+ in Kenosha, WI is seeking an IT Support Engineer II to join our MSP team. You will troubleshoot frontline IT issues, support partners onsite and remotely, and help deliver reliable solutions. Based in Kenosha, this role follows a hybrid schedule: four days onsite and one day remote.

You will document issues, collaborate with engineers, and contribute to improving partner experiences. The ideal candidate has 3+ years MSP experience and relevant certifications, with strong

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an MSP environment.
• One or more current Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, MD-102, MS-102 or equivalent).
• CompTIA Security+, Network+, CCNA or other infra certs.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management and cybersecurity.
• Experience with RMM/PSA tools including Datto, Kaseya, ConnectWise.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; able to stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic to mid-level IT support to partners onsite and remote.
• Set up hardware for installation and onsite deployments.
• Engineer long-term solutions and monitor ticket progress.
• Document issues/resolutions and share best practices with the team.
• Own at least one area of expertise and collaborate with vendors as needed.
