• MD-102 preferred
• Experience with MSP environments is highly valued

Responsibilities

• Provide client support and troubleshooting for Windows, macOS, networks, and cloud services
• Configure and maintain Windows Server environments and related infrastructure
• Mentor Level I technicians and collaborate with the team to deliver excellent client service
• Document tickets and procedures using Autotask; keep client records current
