Appfire is seeking an IT Support Engineer for a hybrid work model based in Poland. In this role, you will join a skilled team to provide support across a variety of technologies, managing both laptops and corporate applications while ensuring operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should possess over 3 years of experience in L1/L2 support, hands-on laptop support skills for both Mac and Windows systems, and a fundamental understanding of Linux administration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in L1/L2 support.
• 2+ years' experience in laptop support.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for internal applications.
• Manage employee onboardings and laptop setups.
• Maintain Office Network infrastructure.

Skills

L1/L2 support via a ticketing system

Laptop support (Macintosh & Windows OS)

Linux system administration

Network administration

Application support (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom)

Communication skills in English
