Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring a Support Analyst I for a hybrid role based in High Point, NC. The position focuses on day-to-day technical support for hardware and software, resolving incidents, performing imaging, inventory management, and setup of mobile devices.

The role includes documenting FAQs, generating reports, and leading/participating in projects as needed. The candidate will handle escalations, maintain SLA adherence, and contribute to continuous service improvements within a collaborative

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Service Desk or onsite Desktop Support
Active Directory troubleshooting experience (add/remove users, moving profiles, terminating user profiles)
Ticketing experience (prefer ServiceNow)
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and multi-tasking skills (high volume requests)

Responsibilities

Answer calls and monitor queues while logged in.
Provide complex technical troubleshooting to customers across business units.
Resolve issues with high level of customer satisfaction and escalate when needed.
Triage multiple priorities to meet SLA requirements.
Deliver various reports and develop customer-facing FAQ documentation.
Cross-train team members and contribute to projects.
