Responsibilities

• Own issues from intake through resolution with timely updates.
• Escalate unresolved issues to specialized internal teams as needed.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
• Educate staff on IT best practices and security protocols.
• Maintain accurate records in the help desk system.
