Job summary

Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance (TOA) is seeking an exceptional IT Technician to join a regionalized IT support function. The role supports clinical and remote staff, with some travel to remote sites across the state. Candidates should have at least 3 years of Windows/Active Directory experience and relevant certifications.

The position is onsite with local travel required. Prior medical environment exposure and aptitude for documentation are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3 years progressive experience supporting Microsoft OS and Office Suite and Active Directory.
• Solid imaging, software distribution, and remote deployment knowledge.
• Experience providing remote support using RDP techniques.
• Medical environment experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person & remote support for clinical and work-from-home employees with travel to remote sites.
• Assist Service Desk to resolve high-volume tickets.
• Manage requests for assistance, installations, and maintenance with Service Desk collaboration.
• Stage, test, and deploy desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Develop, test, and maintain Windows images for PC/Laptop/Desktop models.
• Maintain inventory of TOA computers and document configurations.
• Support TOA software installation and troubleshooting across systems.
• Develop policies and end-user training materials; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Assist Network/Systems Engineers with infrastructure deployment, patch management.
• Other duties as assigned.
