Job summary

Howard Technology Solutions is seeking a Senior AV Technician to install, configure, and support audiovisual systems across corporate, education, and event spaces. This hybrid role requires hands-on leadership and frequent travel to Tennessee sites within the territory.

You will mentor junior technicians, coordinate with site managers, and ensure installations meet industry standards while delivering strong customer service and clear operation training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; technical certifications preferred.
• 10+ years in commercial AV installation, system integration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Crestron, AMX or Extron control systems.
• Ability to lead installation projects and coordinate technicians.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test AV equipment in client sites.
• Lead AV installation projects and coordinate with site managers.
• Troubleshoot signal flow, networking, and equipment failures.
• Provide on-site client training and knowledge transfer.
• Document project progress and maintain installation notes.
